The biggest event in Beta. Members who place at the Georgia State Convention advance to compete against the best chapters in the country in academics, arts, technology, performance, and leadership events. It's a multi-day trip with thousands of Betas from across the nation.
Georgia Betas from across the state gather to compete in dozens of events — quiz bowl, math, science, visual arts, speech, songfest, and more. Top finishers qualify for Nationals. Competition sign-ups happen at our fall meetings, and practice groups form after Thanksgiving.
A one-day leadership development experience hosted by National Beta. Members build practical leadership skills through interactive workshops and come back ready to lead service projects and committees at South. Great for future officers.
